Compassion, Creativity, Courage and Confidence
Rooted in the My Musical Theater Mindset:
My Musical Theater Academy for Homeschoolers is a one-of-a-kind, full-year drop-off enrichment program for Florida homeschoolers ages 5–17. Meeting once a week from 9 AM to 2 PM, August through May, students are immersed in a joyful, empowering, and deeply creative environment where they grow not only as performers—but as confident, compassionate, and courageous young leaders.
THIS IS NOT JUST A THEATER CLASS.
It’s a space where children experience real responsibility, real collaboration and real transformation.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO:

HANDS-ON
MEANINGFUL WORK

Throughout the year, students will:

  •  Act, sing, and dance as part of a full musical theater production

  •  Contribute to original scripts and engage in creative writing

  •  Design and help build sets, props, and costumes—learning theater from the inside out

  •  Choreograph dances and explore movement with personal expression

  •  Take on leadership roles like directing, stage managing, or mentoring younger castmates

  •  Present small showcases throughout the year to build confidence and stage presence

  •  Culminate the year with a full-scale musical theater production where every student shines

Every element is guided by our
My Musical Theater Mindset,
which fosters:

  •  Compassion – Empathy, kindness, and teamwork

  •  Creativity – Bold self-expression and artistic exploration

  •  Courage – Healthy risk-taking and emotional resilience

  •  Confidence – Self-trust, presence, and authentic power
