Rooted in the My Musical Theater Mindset:
The My Musical Theater Educational Curriculum is a one-of-a-kind, semester or full-year performing arts program built for private schools, homeschool families, co-ops, and dance studios. Delivered through weekly video lessons and guided activities from founder Priscilla Smith, this licensed curriculum brings musical theater, self-confidence building, and creative leadership straight into your home or classroom, no matter where you're located.
THIS IS NOT JUST A THEATER CLASS.
It’s a curriculum where children experience real responsibility, real collaboration and real transformation.

Throughout the curriculum,

students will:

 

  • Act, sing, and dance through guided weekly lessons rooted in musical theater

  • Explore creative writing and storytelling through original scripts

  • Learn the fundamentals of set, prop, and costume design

  • Choreograph and explore movement with personal expression

  • Build leadership skills through activities designed to grow confidence and voice

  • Complete small showcases and reflection exercises to build stage presence

  • Work toward a culminating performance project that puts everything they've learned into action
